Data We Maintain

Quarkifi Stream maintains device-related data and user information to maintain service delivery of the requested features if Quarkifi Stream. Quarkifi allows users to delete user and the related device data from Quarkifi Stream.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete all your account-related data and devices-related data, please send an email to support@quarkifi.com.

Email Requirements

Please ensure your deletion request email includes the following:

  • Subject: [Quarkifi Stream Deletion request]
  • Email ID: Include the email address used for your Quarkifi Stream account

Processing Timeline

The deletion request will be responded to within 5 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you regarding the deletion status.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user account information (name, email address, and profile details)
  • All device data associated with your account
  • Device telemetry and historical data
  • Dashboards, rules, and configurations
  • Any other personal data stored in our systems

Important Notes

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to download any data or reports you need before submitting your deletion request.
