Agreement to Terms

Quarkifi Technologies Pvt Ltd operates the Quarkifi Stream IoT platform at https://stream.quarkifi.com. These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the service and website.

User Authority & Restrictions

Users must have full and complete authority to agree to be a participant/end user under this agreement. Users are prohibited from:

Modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the system
Extracting portions of the system for other applications
Using the service for unauthorized purposes
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Data Access & Confidentiality

Your customer account information will be kept confidential and will only be used in conjunction with this system. Quarkifi retains access to account information to support system functions and provide technical support.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Liability Limitations

THE QUARKIFI GROUP MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SYSTEM, INCLUDING SOFTWARE SERVICES, AND THE QUARKIFI GROUP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The company disclaims responsibility for indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the service, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or business interruption
Cost of substitute services
Any indirect or consequential damages

Risk Assumption

Important Notice: Users lack authority to use the system where the system and/or the system failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in physical injury, loss of property, or loss of life. The platform is not designed for use in life-critical or safety-critical applications.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
Use the service to transmit any malicious code or software
Interfere with the security features of the service

Third-Party Links & Services

The company assumes no responsibility for external websites or services linked from their platform. Third-party links are provided for your convenience only, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Quarkifi Stream platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Quarkifi Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Modifications to Terms

Quarkifi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue any part of the service
Change fees or introduce new fees with 30 days' notice
Update features and functionality
Perform maintenance and upgrades

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
